| WHAT IS TRAVELSURE? |
| TravelSure is a comprehensive personal accident and emergency medical treatment insurance coverage benefit while you are on travel status anywhere in the Philippines or in Asia. The TravelSure policy starts from the time the passenger leaves his place of work or residence to proceed to the airport, with the intention of commencing the intended travel as per declared in his/her itinerary. The policy will cover the passenger a maximum of 30 days or when he returns from his/her trip. |

| WHAT OTHER BENEFITS DOES TRAVEL SURE PROVIDE? |
TravelSure gives you the ultimate protection possible not only from accidents and medical services but also for recovery of lost travel documents, loss/delay/damage of your checked in baggage, strikes and hijacking, flight delay, trip curtailment and cancellation for medical or or legal emergency. |

| WHEN SHALL THE POLICY COMMENCE AND END? |
| The policy is effective during the policy period specified in the schedule, subject to a maximum of thirty (30) days per any one trip or travel duration, unless the company has been informed and later accepted. Coverage takes effect from the time the insured leaves his place of work or residence for the airport, with the intention of commencing the intended travel as per declared in his/her Itinerary and will end upon the following conditions. 1) the expiry of the policy as stated in the schedule, 2) the insured reaching the 30th day, unless previously declared to the Company and the latter signified his acceptance and an additional premium has been paid if required, 3) within two (2) hours after the scheduled time of arrival. |

| WHAT IS MY MAXIMUM DAY OF COVER? |
| The maximum day of cover is thirty (30) days per any one Round Trip unless the company has been informed and later accepted the risk to extend cover beyond the maximum day of cover. |

| HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? AND WHERE CAN I AVAIL OF IT? |
| Only Php 250.00 per passenger. A guest may avail of TravelSure by booking online or by logging on to http://www.gotravel.com.ph or they may ask about Travel Sure thru Cebu Pacific Call Centers and Ticketing offices. |

| WHO SHALL BE NAMED INSURED? |
| The insured referred to in this policy shall refer to the person named in the Cebu Pacific Booking. |
| |
| WHO WILL BE QUALIFIED AS THE BENEFICIARY? |
| The beneficiary should be any first-degree family relationship with the insured (i.e. father,mother, brother, sister spouse, qualified dependents or children). |

| CAN A GUEST REFUND HIS/HER INSURANCE? |
| Travel Sure is non-refundable but maybe rebooked. |

| HOW MANY DEPENDENTS CAN I DECLARE UNDER THIS PACKAGE? |
| A passenger may declare up to one beneficiary per policy. |
| |
| CAN I FILE A CLAIM IN MALAYAN IF I LOSE MY LAPTOP ABROAD? |
| No. Benefits will not be provided for any lose or damage to personal computers (including softwares and accessories) or laptops. |

| WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE BENEFIT? |
| Your maximum allowable is stated in the Policy Schedule upon issuance of your insurance policy. |

| CAN I CANCEL MY TRIP FOR ANY REASON AND GET ALL MY MONEY THROUGH MY TRIP CANCELLATION BENEFITS? |
| The Trip Cancellation Benefit is only applicable for insurance reasons indicated in the full terms and conditions. Covered reasons include, but are not limited to, unforeseen emergencies such as illness, injury or death involving you, your travel companion and/or an immediate family member. Pre-Existing conditions are not covered. |

| CAN I STILL BUY TRAVEL SURE EVEN IF I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION? |
| Yes, However. Travel Sure has exclusions on pre-existing conditions as detailed in the full terms and conditions. |

| DOES MY BAGGAGE BENEFIT COVER THEFT? |
| Yes, Travel Sure covers theft as long as it occurs while the baggage is in the possession of the common carrier/ Airline Company and proof such loss must be obtained in writing from the common carrier/airline company management ans such proof must be provided to the Company. |

| HOW LONG IS THE CLAIMS PROCESSING TIME? |
| Claims will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after you have submitted all required documentation. |

| WHAT DO I DO IF I DISAGREE WITH THE CLAIMS DECISION MADE? |
| Travel Sure will advise you in writing of your right to appeal the claim decision and the procedures for filing an appeal. |
