| WHAT IS TRAVELSURE? |
| TravelSure is a comprehensive personal accident and emergency medical treatment insurance coverage benefit while you are on travel status anywhere in the Philippines or in Asia. The TravelSure policy starts from the first day of the passenger’s arrival at his destination, up to a maximum of 30 days! |

| WHAT OTHER BENEFITS DOES TRAVEL SURE PROVIDE? |
| TravelSure gives you the ultimate protection possible not only from accidents and medical services but also to recovery of lost travel documents, lost and delay of baggage, flight delay, trip curtailment and cancellation. TravelSure also provides you access to various emergency and medical travel assistance benefits such as compassionate visit and return of mortal remains. |

| WHEN SHALL THE POLICY COMMENCE AND END? |
| The policy is effective during the policy period specified in the Certificate Of Insurance, subject to a maximum of thirty (30) days per any one trip or travel duration, unless the company has been informed and later accepted. Coverage takes effect from the time the insured arrives at his destination as per declared itinerary with the Company with the date stated in the scheduled and expires whichever of the following comes first: 1) the expiry of the policy as stated in the Certificate Of Insurance, 2) the insured’s return to his or her place ore residence or employment, 3) the insured reaching the 30th day, unless previously declared to the Company and the latter signified his acceptance and an additional premium has been paid if required, 4) within two (2) hours after the scheduled time of arrival. |

| WHAT IS MY MAXIMUM NUMBER OF COVERAGE DAYS? |
| The maximum day of cover is thirty (30) days per any one trip or travel unless the company has been informed and later accepted the risk to extend cover beyond the maximum day of cover. |

| WHO SHALL BE NAMED INSURED? |
| The insured referred to in this policy shall refer to the person named in the Certificate Of Insurance who has applied for coverage with Malayan Insurance. |

| WHO SHALL I DECLARE AS MY BENEFICIARY? |
| The declared beneficiary should have a first-degree family relationship with the insured (i.e. father, mother, brother, sister spouse, qualified dependents or children). |

| CAN MY SPOUSE AND OTHER DEPENDENTS BE COVERED ALSO WTIH THIS PACKAGE? |
| Yes, any family member with ages 1 – 65 years old may purchase TravelSure. |
| |

| A passenger may declare up to one beneficiary per policy. |
| |
| CAN I FILE A CLAIM IN MALAYAN IF I LOSE MY LAPTOP ABROAD? |
| No, benefits will not be provided for any loss or damage to personal computers (including softwares and accessories) or laptops. |

| WHAT IS MY MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE BENEFIT? |
| Your maximum allowable is stated in the Policy Schedule upon issuance of your insurance policy. |

| CAN I CANCEL MY TRIP FOR ANY REASON AND GET ALL MY MONEY THROUGH MY TRIP CANCELLATION BENEFITS? |
| The Trip Cancellation Benefit is only applicable for insurable reasons indicated in the
full terms and conditions. Covered reasons include, but are not limited to, unforeseen emergencies such as illness, injury or death involving you, your travel companion and/or an immediate family member. Pre-existing Conditions are not covered. |

| CAN I STILL BUY TRAVELSURE IF I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION? |
| Yes! However, TravelSure has exclusions on pre-existing conditions as detailed in the
full terms and conditions. |

| DOES MY BAGGAGE BENEFIT COVER THEFT? |
| Yes, TravelSure covers theft as long as it occurs while the baggage is in the possession of a common carrier/airline company and proof of such loss must be obtained in writing from the common carrier/airline company management and such proof must be provided to the Company. |

| HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM? |
| In the event of an insurance claim, you can notify us through our e-desk, travelsure@malayan.com, and state your name, address, contact numbers and Certificate of Insurance policy number and a customer service representative will get in touch with you on the next business day. |

| HOW LONG IS THE CLAIMS PROCESSING TIME? |
| Claims will be processed within 14 days after you’ve submitted all required documentation. |

| WHAT DO I DO IF I DISAGREEWITH THE CLAIMS DECISION MADE? |
| TravelSure will advise you in writing of your right to appeal the claim decision and the procedures for filing an appeal. |
